What you pay for
A macry Pro subscription: signals without delay, strong levels, notifications and the other Pro features for the chosen period — 30 days for 9.99 USD or 365 days for 99.00 USD. The subscription does not renew automatically: you are charged only when you click “Get Pro” or “Renew” yourself. Before buying you can try Pro for free for 30 days.
How payment works
We accept cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH and others) through the Trybit payment service. The invoice is issued in US dollars; the crypto amount is calculated at the rate at the moment of payment. Pro turns on automatically once the network confirms the transfer — usually within a few minutes. We do not store card or wallet data.
Refunds
Within 7 days after payment you can get your money back in full, no questions asked.
- How to request: Account → “Subscription” → “Refund”: choose the network, enter your wallet address and confirm with your password.
- The Pro period bought with this payment is turned off right after the request.
- We send back the full amount paid (in US dollars) in the coin you chose, at the rate on the day of the refund, within 5 business days. We pay the network fee.
- A refund is possible once per account. Not refundable: payments older than 7 days, the free trial and Pro days from promo codes — you did not pay for them.
- Double-check the address and network: a transfer to a wrong address cannot be reversed.
Payment mistakes
If you sent the wrong coin or network, underpaid, or paid an expired invoice, contact support with the invoice number (INV-…) and the transaction hash (txID). We will help to credit the payment or return the money.
