Can't sign in

Lost the phone with Google Authenticator, your backup codes or access to your email? Write to us and we will restore access manually after checking the account is yours.

If you can read your email, it is faster to sign in with your password and choose “No access to the app or codes?” — 2FA will turn off by itself in a few days.

Support never asks for your password or email codes. Do not include them in your request.
