FAQ

What are pumps and dumps?

A pump is a price rise of 3.0% or more within 5 minutes. A dump is a drop of 3.0% or more within 5 minutes.

What is an open interest spike?

Open interest (OI) is the total size of open positions in a contract. A signal fires when OI changes by 10.0% or more within an hour. Rising OI together with price usually means new money is entering the move.

How is a volume spike measured?

We take the USDT turnover of the last 5 minutes and compare it with the average 5-minute turnover over the previous 100 minutes. A signal fires from ×3.0.

Which exchanges and coins?

USDT perpetual futures on Bybit and Binance, the most liquid pairs by 24h turnover. Pairs with less than $5M turnover per day do not produce signals.

Why doesn't one coin spam signals?

After a signal the pair stays quiet for 30 min. The exception is when the move grows by one more threshold: for example, a +3% pump followed by +6%.

How do I set up notifications?

In your account, “Notifications” section. There is a master switch and separate types: signals on your thresholds, price approaching a strong level (distance, minimum touches, timeframe), large liquidations above an amount and subscription reminders. Notifications appear under the bell in the header and on the Notifications page, and can also come as a browser notification and a sound. The bell menu has a quick on/off switch.

How do I draw on the chart?

The tools are to the left of the chart: trend line, ray, horizontal level, horizontal ray, rectangle, eraser. Keys: T, R, H, J (horizontal ray), B, E, Esc. The magnet (M) snaps points to the open, high, low or close of the nearest candle; holding Ctrl (Cmd on Mac) toggles it while held. Ruler: hold Shift and drag, or Shift+click, move and click again — it shows the price change, %, bars, time and volume. Esc or a click removes it. Drawings are saved separately for each pair.

How do I edit drawings?

Click a shape with the cursor: handles and a properties panel appear. A handle moves one point; dragging the line moves the whole shape. In the panel you can change the color, width and line style, add a label, duplicate or delete the shape. Ctrl+Z — undo, Ctrl+Shift+Z — redo, Ctrl+D — duplicate, Delete — delete. The gear on the toolbar opens chart settings: type (candles, bars, line, area), volume, open interest, log scale, grid and candle colors.

How do favorites work?

Click the star inside the ticker field on the chart page: the coin is added to “Favorites” in the right column, with the live price and 24h change. Click a coin to open its chart on the same timeframe, × removes it. Favorites are stored in your account (up to 30 coins).

How does the trader journal work?

On the Journal tab connect Bybit or Binance with a read-only API key — keys that can trade or withdraw are rejected, and keys are stored encrypted. macry loads your USDT futures fills for the last 90 days (Binance keeps 3 months), groups them into positions and updates every 10 minutes. You'll see PnL, win rate, profit factor and the equity curve; each trade has a chart with entries and exits and a comment of up to 200 characters.

How do I contact support?

Open “Support” in your account or the footer link, pick a category and describe the issue. The reply appears in the same request and as a notification under the bell. You can have up to 5 open requests; close resolved ones, and write in a closed one to reopen it.

How do I switch the language?

Use the EN / RU button in the header or the “Appearance” section of your account. For signed-in users the language is saved in the account, and notifications come in the same language.

How is the liquidation map built?

Exchanges don't publish where liquidations sit, so the map is an estimate. Every rise in open interest is treated as new positions opened at the candle's typical price, split evenly between longs and shorts and across typical leverage (10x 35%, 25x 30%, 50x 20%, 100x 15%). From the entry and leverage we get the liquidation price. When OI falls, positions shrink proportionally; positions whose liquidation price the market has already reached are removed. Bars show how much would be liquidated in each price band, lines show the cumulative amount from the current price. Periods: 12h, 24h, 3d, 7d.

Where do the largest liquidations come from?

The “Largest liquidations” tab shows real forced liquidations from the Bybit and Binance streams for the last hour or day: a coin map (tile size is the volume, color shows which side was liquidated more), totals, a timeline, the largest orders and a live feed. Bybit only sends liquidations for subscribed pairs (the 150 most liquid ones), Binance sends at most one per pair per second, so during cascades the real volume is higher.

What is a strong level on the Levels tab?

Strong levels are available with Pro. A price the market has turned from at least twice: it reached the level exactly, stopped just short of it or pierced it slightly with a wick, and then moved away by at least the average candle range. If the price closes beyond the level and doesn't come back, the level drops off the list. Levels are computed on 15m, 1h and 4h and refreshed every 5–30 minutes; the distance to the level follows the live price. On the chart levels are dashed lines (S — support, R — resistance, ×N — number of touches), dots mark the touches.
